DLS Acquires Benelux Distribution for Effenco

Montreal, December 9, 2019 – Développement Effenco Inc, a supplier of electrification and connectivity solutions for the truck industry, is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive distribution partnership on the BENELUX market with Drive Line Systems BV (DLS), exclusive distributor of Allison Transmission in Benelux and Turkey.

Under the terms of the agreement, DLS will use its sales and service expertise to distribute Effenco’s solutions. The distribution agreement includes BENELUX, Turkey, Iceland and some strategic European integrators.

David Arsenault, CEO of Effenco, said: “With this new partnership, Effenco continues its international expansion, demonstrating that our approach to electrification is being adopted globally. I am very grateful that DLS has decided to team up with us.”

Several truck manufacturers and port operators are located there, which represents a huge opportunity to deploy our technology.

With this signature, all Effenco customers will now benefit from a local integration and service center to support installations, service and warranties.
